Setting the appt. was easy, I liked the email with the appt details and preparation information that was sent prior to the appt. Everything went exactly as planned and on time.

The carpet is very clean, but not too happy that after it was done I owed $700 more than the original quote over the phone. Technicians did a awesome job, but unfair to them that they get payed on this rating. Warranty issues need to be explained when scheduling so people know the little details about what voids it. Would rate the company lower, but like mentiined the technicians need to be payed what they deserve.

Without soaps going into the carpet dirt so won't attract to the carpet making it longer between cleans. Carpet looks great after Zerores and had some pretty tough stains to deal with.

I used Zerorez a few years ago. However, this year the service was exceptional. The technican was very knowledgeable and eplained the process and products to my satisfaction. He was on time and very professional. In addition, he provided tips to care for the carpet and how to handle any spills. Excellent service!

What's not to like? Friendly, helpful, caring associates. Prompt arrival and job completed sooner estimated. Pet stains gone, amazing results. Super suction machine and JUST WATER, no detergent.
