The Pure water system that you use for cleaning carpets is a real plus. No chemicals or other additives are used during your cleaning process is a very nice change from other carpet cleaning companies.

Our technician, Tye (I'm certain, I mispelled his name) was very helpful and explained everything.

I loved the professionalism of the technician, Jared. Not only was he pleasant to have in my home, he was very thorough and the furnishings he cleaned look like new. I do however believe that there should be some consideration of offering discounts on upholstery cleaning, just like the carpet specials. I will gladly recommend Zerorez to friends and family.

I was not crazy about the spiel the phone rep gave when I called in. She asked if I wanted service 'a'or 'b' and I wanted neither...
I thought my technician was very educated about his work, was easy to talk with and timely. One of the rooms was very challenging and it turned out as good as could be expected. :-)
I'm anxious to see if the claim of no residue keeps the carpets looking better longer....

Although there were a few missed spots, Zerorez has agreed to come back and clean the areas missed. I'm very impressed at how clean the carpet is after treatment. Any one can make a mistake. The quality of service and attention to satisfying me as a customer are impressive to me.
