Excellent Service! From initially scheduling the cleaning appointment to when the Service Tech said "Have a Happy New Year!" ZEROREZ treated me like I was their only client. Our Tech James was thorough, explained everything he was doing and was able to clean a particularly dirty, high-traffic area. I LOVE the B-Fluid spot cleaner - it has removed nearly EVERY spot that we have had on our carpet... even red wine and Georgia red clay. This was my second time using Zerorez and I will never even call another carpet cleaning service. BRAVO!

Thorough efforts to clean all stained areas is appreciated. Courteous employees. It would be helpful however, if a cloth or plastic cover could be put down across entry hall wood floors to keep water spots from the equipment from dripping on the floors. they are difficult to wipe up afterwards.

The service provider was excellent. He was very professional and courteous. He explained the process and also gave us tips on how to make a carpet last longer.

The customer service was excellent. The gentleman who cleaned our carpets was very friendly and full of helpful advice. Additionally, the cleaning turned out excellent. He was able to remove several spots that I was skeptical about. He went out of his way to move items that we failed to move, and clean around those he couldn't. He cleaned in places I wholly did not expect him to! The whole house smelled clean and fresh, and the carpets look fantastic.

The service techs were very friendly, informative and professional. They explained what the were doing and were patient in explaining the answers to all of my questions. They did not appear to do a rushed job but wanted to stay as long as was necessary to do a complete job. They were not pushy in anyway when explaining other product and services. I added a air purifier at the optional recommend of the tech buy again in no way felt I was getting a sales pitch. The techs were VERY professional. I would highly recommend ZeroRez products and services to anyone I know that might share a need for there type of service.
