I wanted to rate your technician and how my carpets held up after a week before I commented on anything. First, let me start out with your technician.... Our technician was Thomas Hendley. This young kid was full of energy, engaged in conversations with me the customer and acted in a professional manner. He worked hard, explained the process and gave me options for future services with Zerorez. Second, so far, we are pleased with zerorez and the carpet cleaning services. Thanks, and we hope to use you guys soon to retouch the carpets.

Could not have been happier with the cleaning. However, it was also critical that management allowed the service tech to make a reasonable pricing decision on four bound pieces of carpet we use as rugs. The standard price was exorbitant and I would have cancelled the appointment. He treated them as a single room, as their combined area was about the size of a small bedroom.
All natural cleaning products! Jared was the guy that came and cleaned our carpets and he was awesome! I would do everything in my power to keep him around because he has a rare personality that draws people to him. Very educated and well spoken young man. Our carpets looked excellent when he was finished and our puppy smells were gone as well.
