Client Testimonials
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, about all the products and services that would fit our needs. Everything was explained and what our expectations should be. Our dog "Pepper" loves Zerorez for using pet friendly chemical and the crew that said "Hello" him. Thanks so much for such great service, Amy and Toby & Pepper...

Zerorez was able to get a pet accident smell out of our spare bedroom, just in time for our guests arrival.
Excellent job
Professionalism and quality of work
The tech was awesome, excellent customer service !! You did more than you said you were going to do for the service !! On time, friendly, fast, excellent work and job well done !!
$300 is a little steep for cleaning a rug (approx 11' x 8'), but stains new and old were all removed. Given the cost, it's only really worth it on more expensive rugs, but the cleaning was excellent.
Technician was very professional, friendly, and trustworthy. Carpets seem very clean except for one or two older more stubborn stains.
Carpet cleaning was handled professionally and with care
