I tremendously appreciate the fact that technicians will take time to review product, treatments, drying time, etc. before leaving.
I like their flexible scheduling: I may call to schedule an appointment time and customer service techs will call to alert me of an earlier opening and ask if that earlier time would suit me.
One of the best features of the Zerorez service is their guarantee of customer satisfaction: technicians will return to retreat an area that you were not be 100% happy with "no questions asked." I do not know of any other carpet cleaning service that provides that type of customer satisfaction guarantee.
