What do you like about our products and services?

First of all, the gentleman who cleaned our carpets was excellent !! His name was Ernesto. I was a little apprehensive about the cleaning products and having my kids walk on the carpet just hours later. He assured me that products are safe for kids and made me feel better about it. He also took his time cleaning the carpets and focused a little more on some dark spots. He also gave me some education and how dirt gets into the carpet fibers. I was very pleased with the service. This was my first time using Zerorez and will use you again in the future.

I had used Zerore several years ago and was scared to clean my carpet again due to matting . I must admit you guys really did a darn good job . Our home is 10 years old and we never replaced the carpet . Just looking at if after it was clean , it doesn't need replacement . We never walk on our carpet with our shoes anyway . Thank you a lot and you do have a repeat customer . We liove the results .

We have been using zero Rez for years! We absolutely love the results of your carpet cleaning. We had Aubrey clean our carpets and he was extremely polite and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and that he did a great job on the cleaning of our carpets. I highly recommend him along with zero Rez!
