The process to schedule the appointment was very easy. The technician arrived right when he said he would & was exceptionally professional, extremely polite, very knowledgeable & did an amazing job. My carpets look brand new, & with six kids & two dogs, they were AWFUL! I was considering replacing them. I love that the products are all natural & that it was safe for my kids & dogs to walk on them right away. I'm extremely pleased, and will definitely use this company again!!

Your team leader, Richard Bourgeois, was courteous and honest. Before starting, he inspected my furnaces and told me they were clean. This allowed me to cancel the appointment, pay the cancellation fee, and save a lot of money.

I liked your prompt and courteous service person. He was very helpful and did a thorough job. I liked that my carpets were not soaking wet when the service was complete. The pet stains were removed and did not discolor my Upholstry.

He is prompt, professional and warm. He has a caring demeanor and really is customer focused. You have a gem in Jason Lewis.

The gentlemen who took my phone call to schedule my service was very thorough and answered all my questions. On the day of service, I received a phone call about 15 minutes before the technician arrived and he was on time. The technician was very friendly and professional and did a very good job.
