Technician was great! Very friendly to my kids & dog. Was careful to wear shoe protectors. Did a beautiful job on the carpets. Unlike other companies, the carpets really were dry in 4 or 5 hours. One stubborn per stain came back to the surface, and the manager happily sent someone back out to re-treat it at my convenience with no trip charge. The techs made sure it was dry & the stain was gone before leaving. I was very happy they treated me so well! Thanks Zerorez!!!

We used zerorez for carpet cleaning and now airduct cleaning and both have been excellent. The carpets were cleaned and pet treated with amazing results. The airducts cleaning yielded immediate results with allergies.
