Technician was very professional and friendly. He arrived during the scheduled window and did a thorough job. The cleaning solution used smelled very clean and pleasant, no chemical or cleaning product smell. The carpet dried very quickly.

I think your technicians should be able to wear shorts in this heat. There are styles that can look just as professional as long pants and the customer feels better watching them work in this heat. Just a thought.
