My carpet was horrible and smelled but the service person got it cleaned. He listened to what I needed done and was very respectful. He explain what he was doing and what stains he couldn't get out and why. He had to work hard to get it clean. I am so thankful will call again to get carpet cleaned. The service is outstanding and the technician was very courteous and professional. In addition to the carpet cleaning, was able to remove a very difficult stain.

I really liked the information the gentleman shared with me about getting fans and a dehumidifier to help it dry quicker. He also pointed out to me that the downstairs was below ground level so the dehumidifier would help with the smell we got sometimes. I was also very pleased with the way the carpet looked when he finished. Will definitely use you again and have already told my friends.
