They were timely, took care by wearing booties in our home, and there were not fumes or chemical smells aftwerward. We had our ducts cleaned and our carpets cleaned. Since you don't designate what this survey is for, I will include comments on both services. I do feel there was an extra charge on my carpet invoice and I have left a message for a manager to call me back. I was quoted your special pay for 3 rooms and get the 4th free and I was charged for an extra room, but my family room was not oversized, just L shaped.

The professionalism of the operator. He explained the process so everyone was on the same page. The equipment, though well used was in good working order, no leaks. I especially noticed the operator used used protective corners everywhere.

You have a great product. We have occasional accidents with our two dogs and our service technician, Chris Stewart, recommended the protectant for the carpet. Then if there was an accident to just spray the solution he left with us on the carpet and it would come up. Sure enough, we had an accident and your product worked just as Chris said it would. Chris was very knowledgeable, very professional and very friendly and we enjoyed having him in our home.

No chemicals and the carpets are super clean! The technician was very nice and efficient and left the house in great condition.
