Client Testimonials

Courteous,clean,groomed service personnel
On time. Thorough

The technician was friendly and thorough. The floors looked great when he was done.

Safe cleaning of area rugs.

My carpet looked and felt very clean and the staff was very polite and friendly

I love that your product removed stains that was hard for me to remove and that it wasn't a bad smell
to deal with on the cleaning products and I was very pleased with the drying time and good smell afterwards. My carpet looks and smells as good as when I purchased my home. Ty my tech was also
very professional. He made sure I knew exactly what he was doing before he did it and he did a very GOOD JOB.

Thanks so much I will be using you all again

Ms. Carter

Environmentally friendly, reliable, $$ specials

I was very satisfied with everything. especially with how Josh Wheeler presented himself in a professional manner in explaining what he had to be done and how it should be done. The whole experience was excellent, and I will be using your company again.

Cleans very well, low moisture and dries fast.
The service tech Deparr Mason was outstanding. He explained everything in the walkthrough, he explained your services without the overbearing up-sale and was very conscientious about representing himself and Zerorez.

Prompt, clean and prfessional

We were impressed with how quick the service was completed and how beautiful the finished cleaning looked! The service man was fabulous explaining the options for pet care. He was professional and kind. Thanks again ZeroRes!

Effective. However I don't like the fact that if you have a few pet stains the price went up so dramatically much. That was outside of my rep's control and he did a fabulous job of getting my carpets clean which is why I gave a 10.

Even though there was a scheduling mistake on the part of Zerorez they corrected it right away and had the guys at my house just an hour later than expected. Their associates were great...informative, very personable and courteous. I also know that once a company is in your home they will try to upsell another item or service. Zerorez is no different, but they were not pushy at all. They simply provided information on the additional services they offer. I was very impressed all the way around!!

Pet safe

Omar was quick and efficient and did a great job.

Service is very professional, and I feel the products are very high quality.

The person who takes your order over the phone wasn't the most pleasent. But our service tech was super awesome and hardworking. He couldn't have been more efficient.

The professionalism and results are exceptional.

Josh was very professional. He explained what he was going to do. I think he is an asset for your company. I would request Josh next time!

I own my small business and the fact that you do what you say, when you say, and do a good job...speaks volumes!

Very courteous and careful cleaning personnel who came to our home.
