After having a major issue and working with Rich and Depar, our issue was resolved. In my opinion, the pet enzyme does have a long lasting smell that most customers may not like. By the way, Rich performed very well handling my stress and worked to resolve it and my issue quickly.

I was totally pleased with the carpet cleaning. Jack did an excellent job. However, the bathroom tile was a little better, but I would not pay to have the tile cleaned again. I do intend to use Zerorez again for the carpet.
