The service technician was very nice and professional. He did a great job. There was one stain that resurfaced the next day. I called Zerorez and without hesitation, Zerorez offered to come back and and retreat the stain.

Always a successful outcome with no soaps applied. Really like end product. rugs not stiff or sticky and they still clean very well in spite of being installed 13 years ago. Still look new after cleaning.

I like the reminder email & phone call I receive the day before we r scheduled, the tech arrives at the time scheduled & is very professional in appearance and behavior. Our carpet always cleans up exceptionally well, dries relatively quickly, and is soft when dry.
