Carpet FEELS clean. Service was quick and efficient!

I was very pleased with the service yesterday. The tech, Ty, was very prompt, very professional and explained the procedure quite well. I have had my carpet done several times by your service and this visit had my white sofa cleaned, a decision I am very pleased with. I find advertisements for carpet cleaning that are cheaper but I really buy into the zero residue claim concerning no "left overs"in the carpet.

Odor free cleaning. Knowledge on the part of the technician performing the cleaning and his attention to detail - was evident he wanted to please and took pride in his job. I was told when I called to request an appointment and by technician that the carpets would normally dry in 4-6 hours. I thought that was overly optimistic and totally different from what I had encountered using others (not Zerorex) and I was correct. Carpets were finished by 10 a.m. and when I went to bed at 11 pm that night they were still very damp to being wet. Customers would probably appreciate your telling them drying time could vary to as much as 12 hours or more. I am extremely pleased with the cleaning done on my carpets - they look brand new. Michael is an excellent representative for your company and gets the job done efficiently.
