My only negative feeling is that I called three times and got voice mail so I left my name, phone number and a detailed message but I never received a return phone call. You were running a 4 room special for $109. When I finally spoke to a representative she told me she didn't know why I wasn't called. I see your promo on WSB-TV frequently and my husband hears your commercials on the radio, and I'm disappointed I was never called.

The technician who came out was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was quick, but thorough, and very polite. The only reason I didn't give your company a "10" was that it took at least 3 times as long as estimated for the carpet to dry--you may need to adjust your information to customers.
