The service guy inspected our carpet, advised us honestly of what to expect when the service was done. He also advised us on the most cost effective means to get the entire house done. And to our surprise, he was able to remove stains that he told us that may not come out. Our carpet is 15 year old and now can be preserved for at least another 1-2 years.
He was excellent, and we have recommended your company to our neighbors and have shown them the work that was done. We are very pleased.

Chris was outstanding on his customer service. He explained what he would and would not be able to accomplish, and said he'd let me see the results of the first room before he continued. It turned out he was able to get every spot out, so I was thrilled, and he moved on to clean the other rooms. I was completely comfortable having him in my house, and was very happy with my clean carpet. I will definitely recommend Zerorez.
