If I understand the process correctly, no chemicals are used. Leaves a nice odor and not a "chemical odor". Service did not take hours. Employees, both on phone ( Marie ), and in person ( Depar ), were very friendly and professional.

The additional cost for a larger room, a closet and fuel charge was a little bit to my disliking but overall the service for the price was pretty much on point.
