The serviceman that did my carpet was fantastic. I had my carpets cleaned back in December 2015 and I was not very happy with the service. Your serviceman informed me I should have called the company and they would have redone it at no charge but with Chritmas coming I only had a small window to have the carpet cleaned. The serviceman I had this time went above and beyond to do an excellent job. He is a great attribute to your business. He was very professional, courteous and efficient. I am very happy with my carpet service. I have used your service many times in the past and except for last December I have been totally impressed with the job that your employees have done.
