My son had recommended Zerorez, my carpet was so old I was waiting to replace it but decided to have it cleaned before Christmas. I was pleasantly surprised at how much better the carpet looks and smells.
I liked that Zerores called to say they were on their way. They were prompt, polite,and efficient. They had fans in place to speed the drying time. They went over a checklist with me after the job was finished. They also left a bottle of their spray that smells "freshly cleaned" not perfumey I was pleased with the price they charged also

They give you a arrival time, with a 15 minute courtesy call. The technision are very professional and do a good job at protecting your furniture, the corners of your walls and they always wear covering over their shoes. I love having a completely clean new looking carpet.

Great customer service from the tech that came to my house. As former manager of UPS the company profits would be better if the dispatch of the drivers was better. Ex:At 9am I saw a driver cleaning carpet 8 doors down and when I ask him he told me another driver was coming to my house.he came at 3pm
