Service - appointments are easy to make and usually available when I need them (sometimes within 24 hours). Technicians are, for the most part, timely, considerate, and respectful of home and contents, regardless of the condition.
Dryer than other carpet cleaning services and no funny scent
The service was so good. They really went out of the way to get me scheduled and came back to retouch some areas i was concerned with.
I like the clean scent and the service crew is always extremely polite and eager to please. Santiago did a great job for me. I did, however, still have pet odor in my dining room. Aubrey came yesterday and did a fabulous job of trying to give me an odor free room.
