Great method of cleaning! Leaves the carpet fresh! I did have to request a return trip this time. I paid extra for pet stain treatment for some dog urine, but several of the spots resurfaced. I am hoping this will be resolved Monday when they return!

Our tech was wonderful. He thoroughly cleaned our carpets and made them look brand new. He was even able to get out some tough pet urine stains. This is why we always use Zerorez!

I like the pricing. I feel it is very fair. I like that you have an arrival window that was honored. I was glad to get a heads up call to let me know my service technician would be at my home soon. My technician identified himself. I like that they were uniform clothing. Damien did an excellent job with what he had to work with. My carpets were pretty old. One of my friends who used to work at WSB RADIO recommended Zerorez to me.
