The product is only as good as the technician who uses it. Ours was very professional, on time, respectful of our home and very good at cleaning. I would, without a doubt, use this Zerorez again. Only critique, the invoice that he was given did not reflect the discount promotional we had used. I was working and didn't have time to call the office to clear it up, so, we lost the discount. It was obviously a disconnect in the business side of the business.

On time but the price quoted by booking lady wrong. We were told two rooms and two chairs would be $174 but tech had different numbers. I agreed to pet spay but hall not done as lady said it would be. Cost was finally $302 . Work was fine. Next time I will demand a correct billing or no work.
