How thorough the job was done and how well the product worked

This is my second or third time using Zerorez. The empowered water does a good job of cleaning
the carpet and Riley, technician provided info about each room cleaned when a particular small
spot would not come up. When dry, the carpet is soft.
I was able to select my time slot that was good for me and I was called when there was
a short delay.
I appreciate having this done before Christmas.

Phone rep was accommodating without me even asking to squeeze us in for an appt during Christmas week. She said Zerorez wasn't going to leave a long time customer hanging! As a customer, that is important & impressive.

Effective. However I don't like the fact that if you have a few pet stains the price went up so dramatically much. That was outside of my rep's control and he did a fabulous job of getting my carpets clean which is why I gave a 10.

Even though there was a scheduling mistake on the part of Zerorez they corrected it right away and had the guys at my house just an hour later than expected. Their associates were great...informative, very personable and courteous. I also know that once a company is in your home they will try to upsell another item or service. Zerorez is no different, but they were not pushy at all. They simply provided information on the additional services they offer. I was very impressed all the way around!!
