I liked several things. I like that I was able to make a quick appointment. I like the professionalism of everyone I communicated with, from the call center representatives to the service man Kerry who cleaned my flooring. I was pleased with the option not to wait on hold to make my appointment but to have a call back in the order in which I dialed in. I am overall satisfied with everything and with everyone. I like how friendly Kerry was and how determined he was to make sure I was satisfied. I was disappointed that I didn't get any solution for stains or quick mess ups like I did before.

I liked the way that the carpets looked and smelled after. The tech Jarad I believed his name was, was very professional and knowledgable about the product, and would recommend him to come to any of my friends or back to my own house. He did a great job and answered any question that I had.

Every thing smelled so fresh after you left and the carpet was dry by the time we were ready for bed. Can't wait to get the rest of the house done.

Arrive on time. Do not leave residue in the carpet.

Thus far after two carpet cleanings (one last year after our remodeling was finished and this year), we have no complaints. Our carpets have been cleaned to our satisfaction, and the technicians have been on time, courteous, and well trained.

The smell, the cleanliness and the freedom of gross carpet. Also loved the guy who cleaned the carpet.
