The Technician was right on time at 10 a.m. I did not get a call to advise of his arrival time as stated in the email sent to me. I was up early and was ready for him when Omar arrived. Omar was very professional on what I could expect and I explained what I needed to have cleaned.
Omar did a great job removing years of dirt and normal coffee stains from my many steps and carpet. He used a spotter that helped remove the stains. He really worked hard on the carpet and steps for me. I only wish I did this sooner and not waited as long as I did.

My only concern was my first call to request service. I had listed to the commercial on KICKS radio at my office (for several weeks)the special was 3 rooms and 10 steps. I was told no good special I told the gentlemen Zerorez needed to correct that. It felt like a bait and switch thing. I had also heard different commercials on WSB FM radio also.

I was very happy with my service and will have you back on annual basis. I have a large network of clients and friends and will be sure to send you referrals.
I will also check you out on the internet to see what ratings you get for DUCT Cleaning. as I need to have that done as well.
