The biggest reason for our score is your representative, Mike. He was the most courteous service person we have had in our home in years. I will ask for Mike the next time we use your service and would be willing to wait to get him. Great job by a very nice man.
I love that there are no harsh chemicals or toxins involved in getting my carpets clean. I have 2 small children running around and it's nice to know they aren't breathing anything harmful in!
Professionalism! The technician was awesome!
I like the fact that there are no heavy or toxic chemicals or detergents or soap used in the cleaning process. Only salt & fruit extract along with water are used & leaves no residue to attract dirt.
