PLEASE NOTE: Zerorez has cleaned our carpets at least annually if not bi-annually for about eight years. We've never been dissatisfied but sometimes we have been left "wanting" and expecting better. The technician who worked on our carpets this week is THE BEST cleaner EVER! Our carpets look as if they are almost new, rather than eight year old carpets which have just been cleaned. He is a great job. Some of the technicians have said they were unable to remove ground in soil where the dog has slept etc., but the guy this week cleaned up all this accumulated soil (animal body oil and dirt, no "droppings." Please pass on our thanks to him and we hope that he can come to our house the next time we need our carpets cleaned. He has set a very high bar for this co-workers.
No chemicals, and still the carpet is vvery fresh and clean. The tech that came to my house was very curtious and professional. I believe you are very blessed to have him and he is a great asset to your company.

The Service Tech was knowledgeable and got the job done. My carpet is old and really needs to be replaced. Zerorez helped me pass my home inspection so much till I had to remind the manager that the carpet still needed to be replaced even though it looked fantastic.
Nelson Caro was my tech and did a great job....100 % satisfied!!! And no heavy fumes with great looking, clean carpet at the end. Loved that it dried so much faster than with other carpet cleaners.
