Client Testimonials

We liked the outcome and cleaning very much. We just didn't like the constant sales pitches to buy more stuff. We did not like the sales techniques.

Our service guy, Carlos, was on time, very professional and did a GREAT job on carpet that I thought was beyond keeping. I honestly think we can get another year or two out of it.

Tevin, the dude was professional and personal. He made the experience.

Got the carpet as clean as he could and the grout in our kitchen looking great. The young man was super respectful which is very important to us.

My carpet looks awesome and as close to brand new as a 10 year old carpet can look. I am very satisfied with your services and will absolutely use you again.

I believe it is more safe and is pleasant and seems to get rid of unwanted odors

Timely, courteous, and the carpet looks awesome!

I absolutely loved the service we had on our couch. The tech also did a walkway in my bedroom. Both were treated for dog urine and all of it came out. He also treated the fibers on the couch and advised about spraying Scotch Guard to protect the carpet in my bedroom and in the rest of the house. Also he advised me a time line on how often the carpets should be treated and also what other services you provide. At the present time we are not ready for any other services but he was able to give me approximate estimates on all the questions I had for him. I would recommend this tech to everyone. He was able to calm my dogs down and was not shying away from them so they didn't get bothered by him.

Friendly and courteous staff. Work quickly and efficiently.

The product is nontoxic. Which I love

Marie the scheduler was so nice and helpful that I wanted to recognize her!! The man that came to clean carpet was so nice and polite. Explained everything and did all I ask. His appearance and uniform was also impressive.

I liked how the leader, Avery, explained everything. The two got to work quickly, they were done when they said they would be... I liked the white towel test, made me a believer.

Every technician we have had has been very knowledgeable and courteous.
