I must say I was truly impressed with how fresh and clean my carpet was after you cleaned it. It was so clean it looked new again. The scent from the cleaning made my entire house smell really fresh. Oh and how can I forget this major problem I always have with other cleaning companies that I did not have with Zerorez which was the drying time. The drying time was extremely fast. The service man was friendly and explained exactly what he was going to do and did exactly what he said. Finally, a company that does exactly what they say. I highly recommend Zerorez!

First of all I like the idea of rug cleaning that does not attract dirt after cleaning and also the fact of no chemicals used in our house. An appointment was easy to schedule. Our tech Kerry was hard working and only wanted us to be pleased. He did a very good job. The results were very good.
