Staff members are very courteous and the product use on the carpet cleans with no residue. It leaves a nice smell too.
The technicians were terrific..they were on time and did a good job, explained what they were going to do, recommended a protectant (alto I thought it was a little too expensive and lightly done). They did their job, wore booties to protect the carpet, cleaned up their equipment and were gone.
Liked the service people who came. Don't know enough about the product, since job was done late yesterday. Can say I totally dislike the eucalyptus scent.
