Our technician Daylin was outstanding! Very courteous and polite and knowledgeable about what he was doing. I wasn't crazy about the scent of the cleaning product and it was pretty strong but the carpet looks great and it was dry within a few hours after he left.

The service is fast, professional and they are careful while getting the best results possible. They came out, and the price didn't change from the quote I got over the phone. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. I also suggest before you call for a quote, to get the most accurate one possible, know the number of rooms and stairs. Also provide exact sizes and how many stains will need to be addressed, that way the price won't change.

I appreciate how quickly I got an appointment. I was notified by phone a half hour before arrival, arrival was prompt. The tech, Eric was courteous and friendly, had me double-check the rooms when he finished. He even moved a heavy piece of furniture back into place so I wouldn't have to do it.
I truly appreciate that the carpet cleaning is chemical free since I have a lot of chemical sensitivities.
