Jason was very polite and helpful.

I hired ZeroRez to clean the carpet and tile floors in a house I am selling. I have not yet been back to see the results. I anticipate they will be quite good but what really impressed me was your representative. In the course of this move I have dealt with many service people. The ZeroRez employee who came to my hone (Carey ?) was by far the most professional, effiecient and pleasant of all the individuals I dealt with in the course of this move. I asked about cleaning a few runners that I had not mentioned when I booked the appointment. Your rep was thoroughly knowledgeable and sold me on the use of additional ZeroRez service in the form of having you all clean three rugs at your shop. I simply cannot say enough good things about your employee. Unfortunately, it is rare to get such phenomenal service today. He really represents you well - and no I dont know him from Adam. I just truly was impressed.
