I appreciated the technician's placing protective items around corners of cabinets. I also appreciated the workman's explaining that certain well-worn and stained areas of the carpet might not look the same as others not-so-worn areas. Our carpet is cleanr than it has ever been! I wish we had called Zerorez years ago to do the work.
We were very impressed with the cleaning that was done. The technician did a great job. He was able to arrive early which worked great for us and had the carpets done in about an hour! We are very happy with how new our carpets look!
Completely cleaned our carpets. We had several stains that I thought couldn't be cleaned. Man was I wrong. They even cleaned some pet stains left by the previous owners pet. My wife has lived here for over 12 years. This is the cleanest her carpets have been since she has moved in.
