Service associate came on time, walk thru the house and explain the cost and started working. upon completion of work ask for to check the work and upon my satisfaction left the home. He was polite, courteous and did a great job. i will call in future for the service and recommend to my friends.

I had my HVAC ducts cleaned. The technicians fully explained the process and did an excellent job. I was shown before and after pictures and was completely satisfied with the results.

I liked that I was informed of my scheduled time and date. The company phoned strait away to give me the arrival time of the technician. I liked a marked company van and uniformed employee instead of white panel van. The service was great and I was treated just as a customer in his own home should be treated. This was the first time I have used Zerorez and I will not use any other company from this point forward. My carpets are clean and look great.

As someone who is allergic to dogs, and had just purchased a home that had dogs and carpet, you came in and 100% eradicated the smell of dog. Not only is the smell gone, but after one week of being here I have yet to sneeze or have any reaction whatsoever to the dogs. I cannot thank you enough.

Unfortunately I was not there but my Mom was. She was very pleased with the man who was doing the work. I absolutely love how my carpet smells and how soft it is again.
