I have used Zerorez several times and like having the carpets freshened a couple of times a year. Zerorez makes that affordable and reliable. The young fellow from your company who called on me was very courteous, thorough, and professional. I am getting my condo ready to put on the market. Zerorez was recommended so I called for an appointment. Thomas arrived on time. He explained the process and I showed him a few "serious" carpet stains that I had tried (unsuccessfully) to remove. Thomas politely and patiently answered a few of my questions and then got to work. When he was finished, the carpet was beautiful. I am so very pleased with the results.

Great job--maybe a little too wet and hours to dry.

My carpet was light beige, full of spots and super dirty. I did not expect for it to come clean. To my surprise it not only came clean but every spot except for 3 or 4 came out! I will continue to use Zerorez from now on.
