The carpets looked great after the cleaning! The serviceman did a great job of protecting my newly cleaned rental property while doing a great job on the carpets. . I only gave a 9 because I felt like the serviceman could have been a little more professional and focused conversation only on the job not on my looks or asking personal questions.

the carpet expert arrived early and done a complete job cleaning the carpet. I was afraid the tough spots wouldn't get as clean as the rest of the carpet, but it did!! My carpet looks brand new again.
