We just moved into our house and the carpets needed some serious cleaning. The previous owner had pets and in some of the room, the carpet had the Georgia clay stains that were quite visible. We were contemplating just replacing the carpets, but that would have meant another $2K or $3K bill. So we saw your Ad on TV and heard about your 3 room special on the radio and so we decided to see if the carpets could be cleaned instead of paying thousands of dollars to replace them. To our surprise and amazement, your system actually got our carpets cleaned! The Georgia clay stain was just about gone! You could barely tell that there was a stain there and the rest of the carpet looked brand spanking new! We also got the Enzyme Biological Odor treatment which got rid of the pet orders and gave the house a nice fresh smell! So we no longer need new carpets! But the service we received from the technician Coleman York was world class!!! Mr. York was extremely professional and explained in great detail what kind of system ZeroRez uses and the process for what sets the company aside from every other competitor. He was honest and sincere and very personable young man. He did an excellent job cleaning our carpets with your system. It seemed effortless when watching all the stains disappear! I was astonished!
