From the promo message that states Zerorez wants to earn my loyalty, to the Customer Service Rep who listened to WHY I needed cleaning, from the call informing me they were on their way till the last vent was cleaned and they swept behind themselves. Each and EVERY person at Zerorez with whom we talked was attentive, polite, courteous, positive, empathetic and offered us dignity and solutions. I was impressed with their compassion and professionalism. They were on time, introduced themselves, described what they were going to do, performed the job as described, charged less than anticipated, and were cheerful and productive the entire time they were here. What AMAZING employees Zerorez has found!! I was so impressed with their loyalty and all the positive things they had to say about their company, too!
They told us about our air quality, how to identify a decrease in the quality, and what to do about it. We were confident when they left that our ducts are as clean as they could possibly ever be and that the air in our house will settle into a greater purity and breathability than we have previously enjoyed in this house. We're already breathing easier, coughing less- and we're armed with information to continue on this Pure Air Track. They did what they were supposed to do and empowered us to maintain it. We're thankful to them for their cleaning service that has returned our Home to us. THANK YOU!!

This was my first experience with your company and I was very satisfied. One room was in pretty bad shape, but all the spots were cleaned and I was very happy. Also, I was shocked that the risers were cleaned. Not normal from my experience.
