I have a family of 7 and a dog. My rug was looking dingy from all the traffic of kids in and out of the house, but after being cleaned, my carpet looks new again! And- my carpet is at least 10 years old. That is quite an accomplishment. My technician was one of the best techs ever. Thank you!

I would recommend you stop using encapsulators to clean carpets with,all they do is rearrange the dirt........When the gentleman came out to do the cleaning in my office the carpets looked fine but obviously there is not an extraction involved and everything wicked up which is why I had to have it reserviced and actually extracted.The kid is only as good as the technology he works with so not his fault. Also I was put off that I was almost cancelled on because there was a van down and "you couldn`t make a residential guy work an extra appointment." REALLY??!! You guys would not hesitate to throw extra jobs on me to the point of exhaustion and hospitalization while I worked there for almost 8 years. Well slap my butt and call me Sally what in the blazing saddles made you see the light? Seriously....I had to come out on Sunday and cancel family plans to get this handled because you don`t want the guys getting too tired......since when ? Fortunately my office looks better now that it had an extraction on it.....At least now you guys see that wearing people completely out is not the way to retain good talent...I am glad that it looks like you finally learned that lesson.The only reason that a zero is not being given on the review is because I do not want that young man to pay for it. He worked hard and was thorough but the encapsulator is something I would recommend you stop using. It is going to cost you money if this is always going to be the end result.
