My 10 rating is really based on the gentleman, Eric, who came out and serviced our house. Of course, the carpet cleaning was performed in a very professional manner and the outcome is great, but Eric sealed the deal for having me recommend AND use Zerorez in the future. Extremely personable, took pride in his work, and engaged me from the moment I opened the door. I work in acct mgt/vendor relationship mgt and Eric was exceptional from the moment he arrived to the moment he pulled out of our drive way. Excellent professional work! The three person team did an excellent job cleaning and disinfecting my 29 air ducts. The before and after iPhone pictures showing inside the vents tell the story. Also the vent covers now sparkle and look new. Only reason for not receiving a 10 was disappointment in not having the special camera advertised on the Zerorez web site for viewing the before and after cleaning.

I appreciated the fact that the crew arrived early and completed my small job in about one hour. The lady and gentleman were very professional and committed to customer satisfaction. They took time to understand my needs and work around some minor issues like Internet and phone cords. The carpets look very fluffy after cleaning.

My hardwood floors look great but I also know they are sanitized. With a grandbaby crawling around, that's important to me. I was also very impressed with Josh, who was professional, knowledgable and thorough. He represents your company well
