I was very pleased with my Zerorez experience, overall. From booking the appointment and the confirmations I received to the day of service. Eighteen year old carpets looked great. They did their best to remove some very stubborn stains and were able to remove others. My service technicians were friendly and professional, taking the time to explain the process.

It smelled & looked very clean & it was. It not as wet as my carpet has been when cleaned by another company. The young lady who did the work was very personable & curteous. She explained everything. She had a gentleman with her & they were both friendly & respectful of me & my furr kid. I will definitely use them again.
