My tech Derickio Gates was awesome! We had some stains upstairs on the landing and into one of the bedrooms, I really didn't think they would come out of the carpet. Derickio made it happen and our carpet now looks so fresh and new. I would recommend Zerorez to al my friends and neighbors.

Zeroez got my white carpets cleaner than any previous service had done. They are 15 years old and look like new. The technician, Gerven, was knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to have in my home.

The service was easy to schedule online, with a phone reminder the day before.
The technician was pleasant, and efficient. He was able to do the job in a little over an hour, and that included adding the stairs to clean.

Our service guy was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. I did notice as the carpet dried I could see some stains that were not cleaned.

My service tech was awesome!

Our carpets hadn't been cleaned in years. We were amazed at how great it looks! My only complaint would be in the areas around the door opening and the very edges of the carpet. Not bad but had I been there to look it over instead of my wife I would have had them hit thos areas but not that big a deal. From what it was to what it is now...incredible. The 2 techs did a great job with the carpeting and sofa. Explained that they could also clean the white grout between the tiles on our kitchen floor. I had them perform that service and was totally satisfied with the results. I will definitely be recommending ZEROREZ to anyone asking about the services you offer.
