Client Testimonials

Great products and great service.

That your company uses no soaps and chemicals. Affordable and offers great deals!

I liked the effectiveness of the product. The carpet looked very nice.

We used Zerorez for our three large area rugs. Pick up and return of the rugs was easy and quick. The technicians arrived during the time frame we were given and were exceptionally friendly yet professional. We were pleased with how well our rugs were cleaned. They were returned to us completely dry and fresh, without any fragrance or cleaner smells, and in excellent condition. We would recommend Zerorez to our friends and neighbors and would use them again for rug-cleaning and other projects.

The technician was excellent! We had really bad experience with another carpet cleaning company and we were absolutely delighted with the quality.

I like the quick dry time and friendly service technicians.

I was "very" impressed with Zero-Res. The stains from my dog came up as if my carpet was new. The Tech was very Professional and answered any questions I had. Just a first class company not only with the product; but, your Tech, too!!!

Excellent service!!! I will definitely use Zerorez in the future!

I appreciated the professionalism and the thorough performance of cleaning my carpet. I will definitely use Zerorez in the future.

Very outstanding

Pleased with service

Very professional service.

This is my first time using your company and so far I am very pleased.
The two technicians that came to my house were Trey and Brandon..Both young men were very nice, polite, well mannered and worked very hard. I had 5 very large area rugs, several long runners removed and heavy large furniture that needed moving in order to remove rugs..3 bedrooms and stairs cleaned and I must say... AMAZING JOB TREY AND BRANDON!!!
Bedroom carpet looks amazing and stairs too.. I give these guys 5 stars and will comment once my large rugs and runners are returned👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Very clean and efficient

Gerven came to our home. He was very nice and very professional. Did a great job! Your product has actually gotten rid of some old pet odors that kept coming back before. Would not use any one else.

Good guys and they get the carpets clean.

Despite being late due to traffic the team did everything (and beyond) in their power to make sure i was satisfied with my service.

Friendly, polite tech, Brian, seemed know his job. The supervisor who came to assist also represented Zerorez Atlanta quite well. The carpet is remarkably cleaner. My only question is about the Scotch Guard part of the treatment. How repellant should that make the carpet? One of my dogs has already had an accident, and it seemed to soak right in quickly. Am I expecting too much?

The customer service was outstanding, the associate was very professional and courteous. It eft our house cleaner than others who cleaned it in the past. Thank you Zerorez.

The reps were very professional and efficient. Thank you for making us feel better about house cleanliness & safety.

Zerorez is definently on my preferred vendor list.

We had the duct cleaning service and were very pleased. The zerorez associates were very polite, professional, and respectful of us and our home. Relieved to breathe clean air.

The carpets are very clean. Better than I anticipated.

i liked the tech that was sent. "Will" was very professional and on time. He did a very good job with the carpets.

The system cleans very well with no residue. It's quick, dries rapidly and is a good value.
