My technician was very nice and helpful. Carpet was not very dirty except for high traffic areas. It looked like new when he finished. No smell or stickiness, just fresh. Spots in dining room reappeared next day. I would still recommend service because of overall freshness and apoearance.

Your employees are amazing! I've used you for years and every employee that has walked into my home has been top notch! The ONLY thing I'm not happy about is I was told my rug would return in 10 days, it actually was 14 days, and I already felt that 10 days was a bit much.

Our carpets looked great and our technician was really nice and helpful. I did want a small area rug cleaned that is just carpet with a binding and I thought the price was really high. I understand if it needed to be taken away and returned but it could have easily been cleaned on our driveway or patio. Other than that, I was very pleased. Thank you!
