The fact that your products are eco friendly and REALLY cleans, is amazing. I did not think, considering how dirty the carpet was, that anyone (including Zerorez) would ever have it looking like it was brand new.....excellent job! The gentleman that was assigned to my home was one of the most respectful people you could have sent. Mr. Hughes explained in detail what to expect; he also informed me that some of the stains that were in the carpet may not come out completely however, it did....I was amazed. As for how likely I would be to recommend Zerorez to friends and business associates, Mr. Hughes could probably tell you that everyone there, had their phones out making positive calls regarding Zerorez, Mr. Hughes, and the before and after pictures of the carpet. Zerorez is the RIGHT way to clean.

I love that its chemical free! I wanted to replace our carpet and my husband said let's get it cleaned first to see if it can be saved. I am so surprised that it looks amazing and we will not be replacing it. We did upgrade to the pet cleaning and protector but still saved thousands over replacing the flooring.
