I like that there is no residue. My tech this time was awesome. I already sent a recommendation out to my entire neighborhood on our neighborhood website and it was all because of him. You can see what I wrote below. He was just nice, courteous, professional ,informative and got it done quickly. He didn't seem "salesy" and I didn't feel pressure to upgrade. It was overall a great experience! The carpets look great so far and I will definitely do it again.

I like Everything about Zerorez! I've used Zerorez for years & have never found anything negative to say. Their Technicians are always very professional & friendly. Their pricing is very fair. And their cleaning of my carpets is always superb.

Zerorez was very reliable and accurate based on what I had heard about their services. The process was very quick, only about an hour for the entire process, which was three rooms and a hallway. There was only one spot that couldn't be removed, and the carpet was dry and odorless within hours.
