It's was incredible how clean they got my white carpet, I even told them before they got started that alot of the spots may not come out, we'll they made a believer out of me, with no soaps are harsh chemicals, I even told my daughter about them an she too was happy about the service especially with her new baby she didn't hv to leave the house because of no smelly chemicals, I only wish they would give a gift card to yr favorite restaurant lol , oh and the service men it's lk they no you very nice, thanks zerorez First name removed

Service delivered as promised in a very friendly and professional manner. We have 3 labs that track a lot of dirt in. My carpets looked like new which I never thought possible!

This was the second time that I have used your company. I called on Wednesday and was given a time between 12 and 3 pm on Friday. I was told that I would receive a phone call before the technician arrived. The office called the day before to confirm the day and time. The time came and went and I received no call and no technician. After numerous calls, I was told that there had been a scheduling error and they were going to discount my charge. The technician finally came at 6:30pm and he was extremely nice! He did an exceptional job and I would gladly use Zerorez again. I understand that mistakes will happen throughout the day and the employees at this company did a great job in making it up to me. A Special Thank You to the technician...he is a great addition to your company!

Everything was perfect.

Technician was very polite and respectful of our home. The only negative is the way payment is processed. I was concerned about how it was processed with them putting in my credit card information in the phone manually (no swipe) and the security.

Service tech Trey was very knowledgeable about treating carpets. Process was quick and easy. No strange smells left behind. I hand lots of deep stains. My carpets look almost new. Will use Zerorez every time I need my floors cleaned.

Employee showed up on time, was very efficient and friendly.
