I was thrilled to find a company that did not use harsh chemicals to clean carpets. I was skeptical that water could clean carpets but I went ahead and gave it a try and my carpet looks fantastic! I even have my own carpet shampooer and it never looked this great afterwards. The technician, Tilon McDowell, was extremely professional and courteous!
