This comment is reference to August 23, 2017 service from ZeroRez. Your work was exceptional. However, I have something to bring to your attention. I apologize first for being late with this notice as my Mom was in the hospital for a while and my work schedule had picked up. No one except my Mom had been in her house that week your service was done except the two men with ZeroRez. My Mom was getting ready to go to a funeral the following Tuesday and noticed two of her gold filagree rings were missing. She had just worn them the weekend before August 23rd. There us no proof they were taken by your crew but they were the only other ones in the house during that time. Mom is very discouraged and upset. Zerorez kept me informed as to when the technician would be at the house and the tech was actually 5 min early. The the tech was courteous and took care when bringing in and taking out the hoses. The rugs looked great when he was done. As they said the rugs were dry within the 4 to 6 hours they stated.

I've let a few days go by before responding because the gritty dust problem needs some time to reappear or not. As that prompted my asking you to clean my H@AC ducts I wanted to have some evidence. So far there is a tiny bit of the dust collecting on the master bath counter, so I need more time on that specific problem.

All in all, however, I am pleased with your service, mainly because your method seems ideologically sound. The big plus for me was your two technicians, Alex and Derickio. They were knowledgeable and very pleasant.

Due to the current state of cyber insecurity I would really appreciate your not using my name, as I have already been on the hit list of some small and big business hacking hits activity. We all seem to living with a threatened lack of security and privacy.
