The service tech was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He thoroughly explained the difference between his cleaning solution and the chemicals other companies used; he provided valuable information on methods to keep my carpet clean and provided recommendations for cleaning my wool rugs . I also appreciated the early notice of his estimated arrival, the short amount of time it to complete my three rooms and most of all, the results - my carpet looks great.

Quality work, good price, ease of scheduling

The use of water - no chemicals ... and the service person, Roberto, was excellent - professional, timely, answered all questions, moved my furniture without a problem.

The gentleman (I think his name was Michael) was AMAZING. Very knowledgeable of the product/process and he gave me good advice on how to maintain the carpet. Although I was unable to take advantage of the stain preventive product at this time, he was not pushy trying to make me feel that I had to buy it. We were just not financially able to afford another $50. I truly appreciate his professionalism. He represented Zerorez well. You should be proud to have this young man on your team.
